Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, offering a luxurious feel and a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower, although they tended to be very cold even with full heating on. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and the charming streets of Montmartre, though it could get a little congested and dirty at times. The service was friendly and helpful, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with complaints about running out of supplies. The dining experience had a good variety of choices, although it could get chaotic and disorganized at times. Overall, a nice stay with some minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic with a huge bed and a pleasantly quiet room, perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms, although tired-looking, were clean and well-kept. The staff provided excellent service, and the location was excellent with easy access to many attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities met my expectations.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room was fine, clean, and as expected, with the bonus of having a view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the temperature was a bit cold most of the time. The service, despite some rude encounters at reception, redeemed itself by offering a free upgrade due to issues with the bed. The location was perfect, close to major attractions like Sacre Coeur and Montmartre, making it easy to explore the city. On the downside, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe. The breakfast included was a letdown with only one kind of roll available, over-baked on the outside and gooey inside every morning. Nevertheless, the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and numerous dining options made up for it. The facilities were sufficient, though nothing extraordinary.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Pace de Clichy Metro and some bus lines as well as rue Lepic, offering easy access to many nice restaurants. The rooms, though a bit tired-looking, are clean, well-kept, and spacious. The service is friendly, with various convenient amenities available. The dining experience has room for improvement, but overall enjoyable. The location is fantastic for exploring Montmartre and The Sacre Coeur, though some areas might feel a bit sketchy.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with generous amenities like complimentary water, tea, and coffee facilities. The service was friendly and helpful, although lacking in-depth local knowledge. The location is amazing, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The dining options were decent but slightly expensive. Overall, a reasonably priced hotel with good quality services.
The hotel is in a convenient location with good travel links via the Metro, but the area can feel a bit sleazy at night due to nearby sex shops. Despite this, the location is lively and safe, offering a bohemian vibe with plenty of late-night activity. The rooms are cold even with full heating on and lack the expected toiletries, which is disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel.
I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, and I enjoyed the complimentary water, tea, and coffee facilities. The firm mattress provided a great night's sleep, and the gym was a nice bonus. The breakfast was a generous offer, all while admiring the Eiffel Tower view.
The hotel is ideally located near various attractions, offering convenience. The rooms, although fashionable, appear small, and the limited bathroom space is a drawback. The service is top-notch with efficient assistance for bookings and tours, but some issues were not promptly addressed. The surroundings are vibrant with numerous dining options but lack clarity on specific attractions. The dining experience, offering beautifully prepared food, falls short in organization and variety. The facilities are satisfactory, although improvements in certain areas could enhance the overall experience.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, quiet, and some even had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The facilities were excellent, including a fridge, safe, tea-making amenities, separate toilet, black-out curtains, and a super comfy bed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The proximity to the metro and L a Open tour bus was very convenient. However, the air conditioning was too loud, and there were issues with the shower that affected my sleep and morning routine. Also, the street noise could be bothersome when the windows were open.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with amazing views over Paris, though the servicing could be better at times. The staff's service was a mix of being helpful and pleasant to slightly rude and unclear about certain matters. The location is excellent, near many attractions and easy to navigate on foot, despite being close to a less favorable area. Dining was overall good but could improve with more food variety, and pricing was slightly high for some budgets.
The hotel was spacious enough compared to other Paris hotels but lacked cleanliness. The impractical layout of the breakfast room was a downside, although the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower was a highlight.
